We are an interdenominational group of Christian graduate students seeking to glorify and serve God. To this end, we have come together as Christians at the university to examine how our faith affects our daily scholarly activities and encourage each other as we encounter the rigors of academic life. As salt and light to the campus community, we seek specific ways to draw upon our unique position as graduate students to serve God and our brothers and sisters in Christ.

Our group meets on campus weekly to serve as a point of connection for Christian graduate students and for monthly social events around town. Boldly believing that “all truth is God’s truth,” we also organize discussions on the intersection of our academic disciplines and the Christian faith. As an example, over the last year some members have met weekly to study the intersection of science and the Christian faith while others have met to study Richard Foster's Spiritual Classics.

We are affiliated with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship (http://www.intervarsity.org/) and the undergraduate chapter of InterVarsity at UCSB, Gaucho Christian Fellowship (http://www.ivsb.org/). We are also a sponsoring organization of the Veritas Forum at UCSB (http://www.veritas-ucsb.org/) and interact regularly with the Faculty and Staff Christian Fellowship at UCSB.
